Top Team
On Wednesday the 5th after the Duffy visitor, around after lunch we went to top team games. We had to bring a towel, jacket, jersey for afterwards,There was kororo, Kumara and paroa school and us. We got put into teams of 7 there was Me, Blake, Corbin B, Maddie, Myha, Seleste and Charlie. All of the teams had to have a name we named our team the wolf pack. There was 14 games to play there were Skis, Gumboot, Hoops, map NZ, water games, memory game, memory maze.
The first game we did was a water game which you had to use your fingers to plug the holes Corbin B and Blake filled the pipe up with water until the ping pong ball came up to the top. The rest of us got saturated with water I was shivering And Maddie got a face full of water form Blake which was funny, it got down my top and my pants it felt very cold.
The second game we did was another water game which was a balancing game and you had to walk over ramps and steps. Maddie held the balancing thing and Corbin B and Blake fell up the buckets to half way and Maddie walked over the ramp and failed the first time but she did it the second time. We all had turns when it came to my turn I only got to the ramp bit and I was half way then the bucket fell. When Maddie had her last turn she slipped and landed on her back and it happened to Blake as well it was hilarious.
The ski game was hard because Charlie was moving a lot and crashing into me and Maddie. Charlie was biting his fingernails and was just standing there it was super hard but we never gave up. There also was the conveyor belt which was even more hard because some people stopped and slipped off but we tried and we only made it through once.
I really enjoyed going to top team I had a lot of fun and I want to do participate next year and just have some fun. My favourite game was the hoops and the water games.
